About Pioneer Toolbox

Hi, I'm Ferdi. Pioneer Toolbox started as a tool I built for my own playthrough: I wanted a production planner that solved my factories exactly, and a map that showed my actual save. When I posted some screenshots on Reddit, enough pioneers asked for it that I cleaned it up and put it online.

It's a solo project, built on evenings and weekends. Everything here is free, and nothing will ever be locked behind a paywall. If it saves your factory from spaghetti, the Ko-fi tip jar keeps the servers running.

Pioneer Toolbox is a fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Coffee Stain Studios. Satisfactory™ and all in-game assets, including the item and building icons and the map imagery you see here, are the property of Coffee Stain Studios AB and appear out of love for the game.

The desktop app reads icons, the terrain map and your save files from your own game install; the web planner serves a small set of item icons so recipes are readable. If you're from Coffee Stain and would like anything changed, credited differently or removed, email hello@ferdipret.com and it will happen quickly.
