Add Container and Industrial Container Fill Rate

Adding a time to fill rate for buffer containers would be solid, I understand there is currently no reason to have stack limit values but it would be nice for some of my plans and for hoarders alike.

Hey, if I understand you correctly, the ask is to see the rate that a container will be filled with the items connected to the container. If that is correct, you should now see this in the planner. Feel free to open another ticket if you meant something different.
