saved resource/machine/recipe configs + copy/paste

Setting limits per factory or globally is cool, but it would be a QOL improvement if I could save resource/machine/recipe configurations and load them per factory so I don't have to redo it every time I want to compare builds. In the same vein, being able to copy/paste factories (and mass delete within existing ones) would be a time saver.
